Ciblex is an expert in express transport and early morning delivery of parcels from 0 to 30 kg in France, Europe and internationally through a network of partners. The company generates 187 million euros in turnover, employs 667 people and delivers 45 million parcels per year.
We are looking for a Manager for our agency in LYON, who will have to manage the operational organization with the human and material means in the respect of the objectives fixed by the Management of the company (quality, costs, safety) and of the legislation in force, so as to respect the commitments of CIBLEX towards its customers (and their recipients).
Missions :
Total quality management of the agency’s operations
- Supervise the overall organization of the operation and ensure that it allows the achievement of the Quality objectives for the branch and its depots
- To control and implement the human and material means necessary for the good functioning of this organization and allowing, within the framework of the defined budget, to respect the social legislation and the legislation of transport
- Ensure the proper application of the processes defined by the company: communicate, train, control and unite the teams around these processes
- Propose any solution aimed at optimizing the agency’s organization, taking into account internal and external constraints and opportunities (changes in the subcontracting market, competitive pressures, etc.)
- Animate, develop loyalty and control a network of partners
Costs management
- Develop and propose an operating budget for the agency
- Propose a breakdown of expenses (for validation)
- Manage, control and master this budget
Management
- Organize and coordinate the activities of its employees
- Define, monitor and control the level of results of its employees and undertake any necessary action (training, coaching, etc.)
- Mobilize and unite its teams around the general policy and objectives of Ciblex
- Communicate information to its teams and report to the Regional Management (interface)
- Recruit, evaluate and develop the skills of its employees
- Ensure compliance with the regulations in force, in particular social regulations (working hours, disciplinary law, etc.) or those related to commitments made to subcontractors
Reporting
- Report regularly on the evolution of the budget and quality results to the Regional Management
- Tracking of kpi
Profil :
- 3 to 4 years as an operational team leader
- Knowledge of transport, subcontracting and social regulations
- Knowledge of budget management
