As a General Services Manager, your role will be to ensure the well-being and safety of the company’s personnel, while guaranteeing the maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructure of the sites within its scope of intervention (buildings, equipment, handling materials, etc.) with a view to cost optimization.

Management of work within the agencies

• Define the need
• Write the specifications for the various trades
• Select suppliers with the purchasing department
• To follow the planning and the good realization of the works
• Monitor and manage the general condition of the real estate in its geographical area by regularly checking
• Leading actions to maintain sites in the condition in which they were taken in collaboration with the group’s real estate department
• Respect and follow the budgets defined for the projects

Réglementation

• To follow and respect the schedules of statutory controls and in particular of the electrical conformity, the sectional doors, the buckets, the air-conditionings etc…
• Coordinate compliance actions by planning interventions and monitoring their completion

Management of the handling equipment fleet

• Monitor the state of the handling equipment fleet in its geographical area
• Organize preventive maintenance and, if necessary, carry out corrective maintenance work so that users benefit from a fleet in perfect working order

Management

• Lead, organize and coordinate the activities of its employees
• Evaluate, assign and develop the skills of its employees (EAE, EP, MBO, Collection of training needs)

Numerous trips within its geographical perimeter

Type of profil:

• Bac +2/3 (DUT, licence…) with a specialisation in maintenance or general services
• 2 to 3 years experience in an equivalent function
• Technical knowledge (maintenance)
• Writing skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to lead and manage an activity
