Business Development:

Implement the BtoB BtoC direct injection sales strategy Follow up key accounts Manage the Customer / Operations / Customer Service / IT / Sales interface Implement and monitor action plans and measure their effects Implement new activities via the Operations and Customer Service interface Participate in regular account reviews with the client and support services Ensure that actions are followed up and commitments met Propose the necessary adaptations according to these evolutions (of products, in collaboration with the operational teams) Ensure a good knowledge of the needs of the different BUs of the Walden group and develop them

Reporting :

Carry out regular reporting of actions to the Sales Director Ensure reporting of actions taken and commitments met

Bac +3 / 4 Business school or equivalent.

At least 5 years experience in B2B field sales Experience in the transportation sector (relational network) or in the service sector Experience in the geographical sector
