Reporting to the agency manager, your main missions will be :

Management :

  • Organize and coordinate the activities of its employees
  • Evaluate, monitor and control the level of results of its employees and undertake any necessary action (management of leave planning, EAE, training, coaching, discipline…..)
  • Develop team spirit
  • Communicate with its teams through regular meetings and a daily debriefing of the activity
  • Manage employee tasks and back-ups

Management of operations in the defined area of responsibility:

  • Coordinate and control the work of teams and partners in order to achieve the set operational objectives (safety, time requirements, transit, ….)
  • Propose any action to optimize the organization of the defined area of responsibility
  • Take the necessary emergency measures in case of an anomaly that can be treated immediately
  • Report information on recurring problems and propose solutions with its teams
  • Decide on the adjustment of the workforce to the activity according to the information brought back from the field by the traffic managers and the budgetary constraints communicated by his hierarchy
  • Monitor with the field teams the proper application of the processes defined by the company and undertake any necessary corrective or preventive action
  • Control and monitor the activity of his team in order to respect the social regulations
  • Transport and transmit the elements to the management of the agency
  • Analyze the productivity of your activity
  • Display platform and doors (departure of axes)
  • Control the PDA and physical tours

Cost management

  • Check that the operational solutions implemented are in line with the agency’s budget
  • Cost management, data entry plus route optimization

Reporting :

  • Ensure regular quality reporting to his/her line manager

Qualifications and skills

Bac +2 Management / Transport and Logistics with a minimum of 2 years as an operational team leader

  • Knowledge of social and transport regulations
  • Mastery of office automation tools
  • Mastery of team management
  • Rigor / Honesty / Integrity / Responsiveness / Adaptability / Exemplarity
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Communication skills
