Collection of your parcels and envelopes from your dispatch site, during the afternoon from Monday to Friday anywhere in France and throughout Europe. Possibility of a late collection after 7 p.m. or a dedicated collection.
Express Next-Day Delivery to a Secure Area
Secure delivery is made available the next day early in the morning before 9 a.m., from Tuesday to Saturday, anywhere in France (excluding French overseas territories). Delivery is made to a secure area or to a safe with Indication of Delivery (IOD) available in real time in your dedicated Ciblex Customer Area. A delivery in your absence is still possible as long as there is someone on site to receive the parcel.
Reverse logistics
Collection of “Return” packages, from a secure area, safe or any other referenced location, from Tuesday to Saturday. Delivery of “Return” parcels the day after collection before 12.00 noon.
