To mark International Women’s Day on 8 March, CIBLEX reaffirms its commitment to equality in the workplace.
Our Gender Equality Index stands at 97/100 in 2026, a result that demonstrates the actions we have taken to ensure pay equity, access to leadership roles and a respectful working environment for everyone.
But equality is not just about a single indicator: it is built day by day.
As part of this initiative, on 12 March CIBLEX organised a ‘Purple Ribbon’ Day with all its staff, a day of awareness-raising dedicated to women’s rights and the fight against violence.
Because promoting equality and respect is everyone’s responsibility, every action counts in bringing about lasting change in attitudes.
