Do you want ambient transport conditions, but your goods are sensitive to temperature variations? Ciblex “Acti-Cold” Service ensures temperature monitoring of your parcels throughout the duration of the transport period. In the event of unforeseen logistical problems, your parcels are placed in refrigerated structures specially installed for this purpose, and conserved at a temperature between +2°C and +8°C. A temperature-controlled delivery is thus guaranteed.

This is why at Ciblex, we pay particular attention to sensitive goods and health products. Our teams are trained in good distribution practices (GDP) and audited each year by certification professionals.
A specific process for sensitive packages
As soon as the parcel is picked up in the Ciblex network, an “Acti-Cold” IDE notification is triggered to ensure the specific handling of the parcel throughout the transport period.
In the event of a logistical anomaly, parcels identified as “Acti-Cold” are placed in refrigerated structures and kept between +2°C and +8°C. Our refrigerated structures undergo daily temperature checks by our teams. The temperature check records are conserved in each local branch.
Express delivery
Your goods are delivered the next morning according to the time requirement chosen, before 8.00 a.m., before 9.00 a.m. or before 12.00 noon, Monday to Friday, everywhere in France (excluding French overseas territories). Delivery is also possible on Saturday on request. The delivery is made in person with the transfer of personal responsibility. We deliver directly to the departments and floors of hospitals (operating theatres, pharmacies, etc.), clinics and other healthcare establishments.
Control and tracking of “Acti-Cold” parcels
All sensitive parcels require tracking, particularly health products. With Ciblex, you can track your goods in real time from collection to delivery. In the event of a logistical anomaly, specific corrective action is provided for parcels identified as “Acti-Cold”. Tracking information is available at ciblex.eu in the My Space area.
