Express delivery to a “Pro Pick-Up Point”, to bring your parts and supplies closer to your travelling professionals and the locations at which they operate.
From 8 a.m. in the morning, you can collect and/or deliver your “Return” parcels, with total confidence, at any of our 250 “Pro Pick-Up Points”. Collection of goods
Ciblex collects your parcels during the afternoon from Monday to Friday, at your usual dispatch site. Collection everywhere in France (excluding French overseas territories). Our network also offers the possibility of a late collection after 7 p.m. or a dedicated collection.
Delivery to a “Pro Pick-Up Point”
Away-from-home delivery takes place the next day from Monday to Friday at the “Pro Pick-Up Point” (“C Dispo”) of your choice, anywhere in France (excluding French overseas territories). Your parcels are available from 8 a.m. and delivered by hand to the recipient on presentation of an identity document or a company badge. In addition, we offer Saturday morning delivery on request.
Indication of Delivery (IOD) and signed proof of delivery (POD) by the recipient are available in real time in your dedicated Ciblex Customer Area on ciblex.eu.
Express management of your returns
We collect your “Return” parcels from Monday to Friday at the “Pro Pick-Up Point” (“C Dispo”) of your choice. For a collection before 12.00 noon, the delivery of your “Return” package will be carried out the next day before 12.00 noon, and after this time, on D+2 before 12.00 noon
Information for Consignees
The consignee is alerted by SMS of the availability of the package at the “Pro Pick-Up Point”. After three days, if the package has not been collected, a new notification is sent to the recipient by SMS or e-mail.
