For requests sent before 2 p.m., Ciblex carries out a collection on the same day from your usual shipping site anywhere in France (excluding French overseas territories). Collection for the return of your parcels from Monday to Friday.
Delivery
Your return parcels are delivered by express the next day, to your usual shipping site or the site of your choice. Delivery from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday on request. Delivery before 8.00 a.m., before 9.00 a.m. or before 12.00 noon, according to the time chosen. Delivery in person with proof of delivery available in real time in your Dedicated Customer Area.
Express e-Return is available everywhere in France (excluding French overseas territories), 6 days a week.
