Ciblex makes express delivery the next day before 12 noon. Goods taken back are returned on D+2, the day after the exchange.

Thanks to its “Synchro” Service, Ciblex carries out delivery, an express standard exchange and the checking of the returned material. In other words, it is a SWAP service involving three essential steps to ensure everything goes smoothly: “Deliver”, “Pick up” and “Check”.
Collection of goods
We collect parcels from your dispatch site from Monday to Friday during the afternoon, anywhere in France (excluding French overseas territories). Late collection after 7 p.m. or a dedicated collection are also possible, according to your needs.
On site delivery and intervention
Delivery is made, in person and with transfer of personal responsibility (signature), on D+1 before 12.00 noon, from Monday to Friday everywhere in France (excluding French overseas territories). This service is also available on Saturday on request.
Delivery/service monitoring
A transfer of responsibility is carried out: stamped and signed proof of intervention. The follow-up and the proof of intervention of your standard exchange (Swap) are available on your dedicated Ciblex Customer Area.
Return of goods
The delivery of the “return” equipment is carried out the day after the standard exchange or swap, before 12.00 noon.

For customers under contract with Ciblex, the compensation limit is €15,000 per parcel. Ask for further information through your Ciblex sales advisor.
