Last mile: CIBLEX and Relais Colis set their sights on innovation!


An ambitious trajectory led by IVAN STEMPEZYNSKI, Managing Director of the two entities: ‘The challenge is to integrate the tools right from the design stage with the teams in the field, so that they can get to grips with them quickly and provide real added value on a day-to-day basis’.

Every day, Ciblex and Relais Colis deliver more than 450,000 parcels and organise more than 2,500 rounds.

It’s a major challenge to make last-mile logistics more agile, more economical and more responsible.

With this in mind, CIBLEX and Relais Colis have embarked on a major digital transformation, with three clear objectives:

  • Improve performance and operational visibility,
  • Reducing our carbon footprint,
  • Improving the field and customer experience.

Three technology partners are working alongside us to help us make this change:

  • AILON – Virtual Assistant for transport operators, to enhance and anticipate thanks to AI
  • Kardinal, optimising routes on a regional scale
  • Zetes, to digitise hubs and track each parcel in real time
